Bit Trial Terms

Deluxe In Dubai offer a range of bits for sale with a 30-day trial period. If you opt to buy a bit with a 30-day trial, you may receive a used bit. If you return the bit before the end of the trial period, we will refund the cost of the bit minus a hire charge of AED100. Should you decide to keep the bit, you can either retain the bit you received during the trial or exchange it for a brand-new one. If you wish to exchange the bit for a brand new one, you should notify us before the end of the trial period.

You shall be responsible for the costs of returning the trial bit.

Where a trial bit is exchanged for a brand new bit, the brand new bit is not eligible for return and refund.

Please note, if any bit purchased with the trial option is not returned by the end of the trial period, the trial will be considered complete, and the bit will no longer be eligible for return and refund.

Whilst all used bits are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to dispatch, it is recommended that you thoroughly clean and disinfect the bit yourself again on receipt as a double precaution. Deluxe In Dubai cannot be held responsible for any diseases, infections, viruses or mouth sores or ulcers or any other medical condition that appears after trialling one of the bits.
